Fortis to purchase 65 percent venture in Vietnam hospital chain for USD 64 million

Fortis Healthcare International, the holding firm of India’s billionaire Singh brothers in Singapore, has told on Wednesday it will purchase a 65 percent venture in Vietnam’s Hoan My Medical Corp for $ 64 million.
