PME Power Solutions aims to accumulate Rs 300 to 400 crore via IPO

PME Power Solutions, an electrical transformer producer, has been aiming to accumulate around Rs 300 to Rs 400 crore by means of IPO. The firm already submitted its documents with SEBI of above 1.14 crore equity shares.
